     Through much research I have figured out the true meaning and goal of High School algebra. This being to find “X”. Now I have absolutely no idea why everybody is bent over finding X. What is it about this mysterious letter that has students stressing their brains , so that they can be the ones who find X ? What has X done to be wanted by so many people ?
In fact I believe that the X is so special we should start a religion praising it. It is in fact the immortal letter. For if we have both X and his cousin Y , Y goes first doesn't he?. Anything to please X . We must solve for X, and you will, oh yes you will. Because without the X you fail. Not only is he immortal , but he is that which is all, if X=12 , and you don't like that , well , change it . Who cares? We do what we can to satisfy X and he does what he can to satisfy us back. It's our duty as mortal beings. And the X has a harsh method of punishment for those who do not conform to its ways. Just think, what happens when one tries out for a team and does not make it? A big fat X right through their name, AKA “The Cut”. In these little ways, X speaks to us, warns us, dominates us, and says “Don't screw with me pal, I’m X.”
     There are only two things that are better that X. And those are Double X (XX) , or the absolute almighty Triple X (XXX). So powerful is XXX that just one look at him is enough to arouse even the most powerful of intellects.
     So I bring this challenge to you. Find the X . The X likes to hide under things , so go around school picking up things in hope that the X is hiding there. Anything goes, because you are searching for your god. Look under desks, and carpeting, and under your tray at lunch. Look under your teachers toupee , and under the skirt of the girl next to you, ( If you get really lucky XXX will be hiding there). If no matter what you do , you still can’t find him, get up in the middle of class, and announce and award for his arrest. Then you’ll have the whole school searching for X, and their bound to find it. You have your mission , now go , and do not return till you have found the all elusive X.
